“Booked a room with 2 beds… our room wasn’t ready at arrival. We arrive at 3:54 and check in is 4pm. Anyways they “moved” us to a different room and it had a bed and a pull out couch that was incredibly uncomfortable. If we were staying more than 1 night I would have said something but it wasn’t worth it due to the check in desk being in a completely different hotel than the one our room was in. The pool was also closed so we had to use the pool and hot tub at the grand Georgian which was lovely...

“The Pottery had an excellent breakfast and supper. The breakfast staff was superb. Our waiter for supper seemed really busy by himself but was able to serve us well. Jozo’s had the spicy Caesar that the term Apres stayed with us for the night. lol.”

“The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, well -considered for our families. During the time of our stay, it was being renovated, so the rooms were much improved. Was well planned for construction, nonetheless came with some dust and detours. Surely it will be beautiful this summer. The gym is a bit dated and small pool and hot tub are great. Parking underground is very convenient.”

“Struttura semplice ma pulita, con un bel giardino e piscina. Parcheggio comodo, stanza davvero troppo piccola, nessuno spazio per aprire le valige. Un bollitore in camera sarebbe stato utile.”

“Our stay was average overall. The room was not as clean as we expected, and the air conditioning was not working properly, which made our stay less comfortable. While the staff was courteous, the property could benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping standards. With some improvements, the guest experience could be much better.”

“3.5 stars…Our stay was okay, the room is decent but it could be cleaner. Some areas were so dusty, like beside the microwave and other surface areas. I wish there was an area to get coffee by the lounge but nothing much happening in the lobby. The view was beautiful though.”

“Plates in cupboard still had food left on them. The door code was changed without notice, had to call to have assistance and new code provided. A little irritating to need to find a number, call, wait on hold, standing outside with daughter at about 10 pm.”

“Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down.”

“it says pets allowed, not mentioning you have to pay additional $100 for cleaning. wrong info in listing. if pets allowed it means you need to specify conditions and price for that”

“We’ve stayed at this location 3 times and have always enjoyed our stay. Great location, clean and the kitchen is well stocked so you can make your own meals. ”

“We spent our mini honeymoon at Pennys motel we are blown away by how perfect everything was! Check in was smooth the bar was amazing the cocktails were delicious and the oysters were perfect the staff were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed the fire and the s’mores and the great people we met there! We will definitely be back!”
